Cancellations made 90 days or more before check-in will receive a 100% refund minus a $250.00 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made inside 90 days of check-in will forfeit the deposit.

Check-in is 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. However, special arrangements can be made upon request.

The additional fees to the rental rate are: taxes (12.5%), a cleaning fee, a processing fee, damage waiver and solid waste fee. 

Our reservations usually run from Saturday to Saturday. This is a common policy for most vacation rentals in the Florida Keys. However, special arrangements can be made upon request if possible.

All of our properties use a secure lockbox—no need to pick up keys! You’ll receive the lockbox code and instructions on the day of check-in at 4 PM, or sooner if the home is ready early.  Please be sure to provide the best email and phone number for contacting you on the day of arrival.

Yes. Everything you’ll need is available at your home-away-from-home. 

We provide a starter supply of paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, and dishwasher detergent; guests are responsible for additional items as needed, with several nearby stores for convenience.

Yes, most all of our homes have adequate dockage for most medium-sized boats. There are many reputable boat rental operations within Marathon and we are happy to recommend some upon request.

Yes, pets are welcome in designated pet-friendly properties with a $150 non-refundable fee due before check-in. Please note some homes have restrictions—check details before booking. Dogs are not permitted in pools, must remain leashed when outside (unless in a fenced yard) and owners are responsible for cleanup.

We do our best to work with our guests in these situations, though every property and circumstance may vary. If a storm places the Florida Keys in the projected cone before your arrival, we’ll work with you to reschedule your trip for another time. If you’re already here and a mandatory evacuation is issued, we’ll prorate your stay.   For extra peace of mind, we recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking.

Bookings made within 60 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking. 

For trips more than 60 days out,  25% of your rental rate is due upon booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before check-in.

You’ll find a vast array of things to do in Marathon, Florida. From outdoor activities, including snorkeling, fishing, kayaking, scuba-diving, swimming with dolphins to visiting nationally recognized parks and attractions. We also provide exceptional choices for dining, shopping and entertainment. 

Within minutes of your vacation rental property, you’ll find a handful of beautiful Marathon, Florida area beaches to enjoy. Sombrero Beach is located at MM 50; Coco Plum Beach is located at MM 54.5 and Curry Hammock State Park is located at MM 56  and Bahia Honda State Park, one of the most famous beaches in the Keys, at MM 37.

Marathon is a cluster of islands spanning from Duck Key to the East and the historic 7 Mile Bridge to the West. The majority of our properties are located between MM 54.5 and 47.

Marathon offers several convenient public and private boat ramps nearby.

We have a 24-hour property manager available to assist with any in-stay concerns. You’ll receive their contact information at check-in, giving you direct access to support whenever you need it.

Simply follow the checkout instructions provided, securing the lockbox and leaving the home tidy. No need to meet anyone in person.
